Welcome to our Order Page. Shipping charges can kill a product like ours if it is purchased in single quantities. CompetitrainTM is relatively inexpensive and heavy, weighing pounds instead of ounces.
We can't expect you to buy multiple quantities of our product without trying it first, even though we do offer a Money Back Guarantee. Although, it is possible in most cases to purchase multiple bags and pay very little, if any additional postage.
We do offer single quantity purchases in order for you to try our product first, even though it is not your best dollar value.
Our preferred method if shipping is the United States Postal Service® using their Priority Mail® service. If you would like to use an alternate shipping method please contact us (custservice@flaxoflife.net) and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request and let you know what the charges will be.
Currently, we are not equipped to handle Canadian or International Orders online. We will handle these orders on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your wants and we will promptly do our best to address your needs.
Our shopping cart allows you to pre-calculate shipping costs based on multiple bags before you submit your order. This way you can figure out your best shipping dollar value.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt our Web pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the Web. When you see "https" rather than "http" in your browsers address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will prevent outsiders from obtaining any credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers.
As an additional safeguard we employ Card Code Verification. This security measure requires the need to have the physical credit card present for the purchaser to know the three-digit security code located at the top of the signature panel on the back of the card, or on the front of the card above the end of the credit card number. We realize this may be an inconvenience for some. We feel the added security is well worth the extra step. These three-digit codes are not stored on any system outside of the original credit card issuer.
